windows tip: if it forces you to sign into a microsoft account, try to sign into fuck@you.com and use anything as the password, it will say the account is locked and let you make a local account

@kawaiizenbo just recently learned that you can setup windows 11 entirely offline by pressing shift+f10 on the first screen, then `cd oobe` followed by `bypassnro`. this skips the network setup entirely and defaults to a local account
