I’m not using Firefox… what the hell is this? Why does everything have to be so bubbly and colorful. Enough with the gradients. Enough with the pills. Who designed this and what were they on?!
Crazy that the best-designed browser in 2026 is Microsoft Edge. Why? Because it looks like a normal browser. It doesn’t try to be something it’s not. If you’re gonna moan about Copilot, just turn it off then.
But Firefox, what are you doing?

@marioguzman i don't love the weird gradient in the new default theme either, but any solid-color theme (was using "nep's lilac purple" for ages anyways) looks largely the same.
they also un-hid the compact mode which is a genuine improvement
