gave this thing to my aunt a couple months ago. she just sent me an update, seems like i can declare success with the "keiki paste" by now!

and she named it after me lol.

they're getting really big and strong!!

probably should've removed some to reduce the crowding but couldn't bring myself to do it..

picked up a $10 serial mouse on Kijiji for a friend's ancient DOS laptop and it came with a catalogue.

i want the Logitech Kidz Mouse.... do they still make mice that look like mice..

i didn't enjoy this at all. it probably won't work for very long (because i did a bad job).

in my defense, i don't have a microscope, and im also not any good at soldering

completely missed this earlier, the "keiki paste" had also triggered it to make another set of flowers and one of them
has two lips??

btw, here's the progress on the purple and white phalaenopsis duplication. it seems to have decided to make like five plants??

it'll be a while until these are ready

it's finally ready to pot! the roots grew up very quickly once they got started

today's cattleya pic since it feels unfair to post endlessly about the phalaenopsis propagation drama and never even show my favorite orchid, just because it's comparatively easy to duplicate

omg, i think those little bumps will be roots? maybe i can separate it after a few more months!

also added the paste to 3 more (purple and white, pink and white, and mini yellow and white; this one is white and orange)

they're generating slop about this one (i wish ~any of this were true lol)

it's like huge now but still no sign of roots. i don't know what to do about that lol

bit confusing (for me), a trace for boot rom was broken resulting in no sign of life and cycling S4 - S0 lines. thankfully there were test points at both sides to solder to. it's the "rare" i7 config as well!

ordered it months ago but didn't try to fix it until today.. i've been feeling yucky and i'm happy to accomplish something minor 😋

can't believe that magic plant hormones ("keiki paste") are really converting a flower bud into baby leaves 🥹 im so excited to (hopefully) duplicate my phalaenopsis orchids finally!!
