@samhenrigold common misconception. the "nut lobby" is actually just the name for the cloth they'll wait in until u eat

@lapcatsoftware do people still post relevant xkcds? xkcd.com/810/ especially the alt text. lol

@samhenrigold my dad buys those occasionally during holidays and it's.. a complete gamble? sometimes wonderful and soft, sometimes dry, sometimes rock hard, sometimes black and moldy. sometimes easy to peel, sometimes very difficult. lmao but maybe just the fault of where he gets them. idk anything about chestnuts

@buzzyrobin @jacqueline regarding used small(er) iphones the "se 3" should also be a decent option, same internals as the 13 series but outwardly identical to the 8

i thought it died years ago, but apparently the battery was just so low that it wouldn't even try to charge. briefly injected 5 v to the battery terminals and now it's working and charging off usb!!

@ireneista same (i think?) here, the "condition" and "item location" dropdowns are broken for me. was also wondering if it's somehow my fault, but sounds unlikely then

@samhenrigold doesn't "plateau" imply flat? i mean, unfortunately accurate in my case, but seems risky for general use

i believe in a "misery business" x "better than revenge" cinematic universe i.e. they're about each other/the same guy

becoming the mythical "10x engineer" by simply spending 10 minutes on the computer for every minute in the day

(for some reason, my pc just Does This every week. i don't know why)
